Excuse Me is a Farr 38 which has been unused for a while and now has a new owner. Extensive repairs to the deck mouldings and the internal joinery are transforming this boat into a pleasant cruiser again.
Of particular interest is the alteration to the rear transom where we have replaced the original sheer format with a neat swim step and boarding platform makes a huge difference for access both in berth and at anchor.

Positioned on the large mezzanine for fast and easy access this yacht encompasses some novel new ideas. Work has been progressing on utilizing specially made small size captive winches to control the main sheets.
Unusually for a craft of this size there is an inbuilt keel cooler. This design contains the ethylene coolant for the engine thus avoiding one of the main bugbears of marine engines, the effect of seawater on internal heat exchangers and fittings. Just visible on the hull image.
Another novel feature is the Whispergen power generation system for quiet automatic battery top up.
The fuel system encompasses the latest ideas on fuel cleaning and fuel mag technology.
